A/N: my friend and i had a talk abt her nude modeling portfolio, then with my thirst for joonie, this spiraled out
Two more minutes until class is over — two more aching minutes left to finish the sketch of the bare model that is posing with ductile in the center of the art studio.
You are busying yourself with the details of the fair model, attempting to perfect the shading of her skin under the dim lighting despite having half of her body drafted onto your paper. Then, those two minutes pass by within a dream, the timer blaring off to indicate that the session has run out of seconds — that you have run out of time.
The model breaks from her pose, standing upright and stretching her limbs as you strive to catch the last of her sitting, but you do not catch it and all you are left with is a half drawn model — four, to be exact. It is always like this; your class has been working on perfecting the nude portfolio for a week by now, but you do not hold a fraction of what perfection in bare beauty on paper is.
Your head hangs low when you let out an exasperated sigh, tired from your lack of skill. The nude portfolio that should have all the poses of each model from the past week is due in six days, and that date draws out the stressed artist within you. You are a painter, a photographer, a graphic artist — everything but someone who sketches nude models to perfection.
Which is probably why your classmate who situated himself next to you is releasing bubbly laughter the moment he sees your exposed sketches.
You dart your eyes towards him. “What do you want, Namjoon?”
